We
can confirm that Sarkodie has pulled out of Ghana Music Awards
Europe 2013.
The rapper took over his Twitter account to express himself,
saying that he has heard his name in adverts and other PR
platforms for the event slated for Friday, 9th August, 2013 at the
Indigo02, London. But the blatant truth is that he will not be
available.
The reason in his own words is because he “will be shooting a
video on the same day so I will not be able to make it for the
show. This may be disturbing for my fans, but that is what it is.”
Sarkodie was billed to perform with Kojo Antwi, Sarkodie,
Okyeame Kwame, Fuse ODG, Efya and R2Bees.
The event is aimed at celebrating several talented Ghanaian
musicians and their remarkable worK.
